Approach

Counseling Focus and Theory

People are my focus; I have experience with people from 6 years old to 60+. My approach to growth and healing is rooted in relationship and I am enthusiastic about how neuroscience is helping us understand what matters most as we grow and heal. My theoretical basis is humanistic, I focus on the person as a part of the world they live in.  I use multiple theories to support your needs.
